This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed by ITsimple, LC (“Company”, “we” or “us”) with respect to a user’s use of the company services, mobile apps and websites (“Sites”) so a user can make an informed decision about using the service offered through these media (“Services”).  We reserve the right to change the provisions of this Policy at any time. We will alert that changes have been made by indicating on the privacy policy the date it was last updated.  We encourage users to review this Policy from time to time.

1.   Information We May Collect

Information about how you use a service may be collected and combined with information about how others use the same service, referred to as Aggregated Data.  Aggregated data helps us understand trends and our users’ needs so that we can better consider new features or otherwise tailor our apps.  This policy in no way restricts or limits our collection and use of aggregated data. We have endeavored to put into place cybersecurity measures in an effort to protect aggregated data while it is under our control.  For an example, but not limited to, data encryption using the latest technologies, ie cryptographic keys, Advanced Encryption Standard or AES standard.

3.   Public WebSite Cookies

We may analyze the data and data structures in order to tailor the ITsimple Service and advertising to a user’s needs and interests. The following are some examples of how we may use the information we collect: request feedback, analyze apps use, and enable us to develop, customize and improve the apps and our publications, products and services; Responding to user emails, submissions, comments, requests or complaints; Provide online editing and publishing services to you; Contact a user about our services, products, activities, special events or offers and for other marketing, informational, product development and promotional purposes.  Any personal information provided online and available publicly may be used so that we may better understand a user’s needs and inform users about our products or services and those of our partners.  In addition, if we receive information from third parties, we may combine this information with other information we maintain.  In either case, this Policy governs this information.

5.   ITsimple 3rd Parties

We may hire third parties to analyze data and provide marketing assistance on our behalf.  Such service providers are only permitted to use such information for the purpose for which it was provided to them.  In some cases, the service provider may be directly collecting the information from users on our behalf.  We may share personal information with other third parties when users give us their consent to do so.  We are not responsible for the actions of service providers or other third parties, nor are we responsible for any additional information users provide directly to these service providers or other third parties, and we encourage users to become familiar with their practices before disclosing information directly to them.  Nothing herein restricts the sharing of aggregate information, which may be shared with third parties without user’s consent.

We may disclose information in good faith with our understanding that we are lawfully authorized or required to do so, or that doing so is reasonably necessary or appropriate to comply with the law or with legal process or authorities, respond to any claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of company, our users, our employees or the public, including without limitation to protect company or our users from fraudulent, abusive, inappropriate or unlawful use of our apps. Information about our users may also be disclosed or transferred as part of, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition or in any other situation where personal information may be transferred as one of the business assets of a company.

Our apps may contain links to other websites.  Any personal information users provide on the linked pages is provided directly to that third party and is subject to that third party’s privacy policy.  We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of websites to which we link.  Links from our apps to third parties or to other sites are provided for the convenience of our users.  We encourage users to learn about the third party privacy and security practices and policies before providing them with personal information.
